UX Writing

In 2020, I discovered the world of UX writing. The name has fluctuated over the years—product copywriter, content designer—but the profession remains the same: The UX writer designs microcopy that helps a user navigate throughout the platform. 

Below are two of my case studies from my time at Just Eat Takeaway.com in Zürich, Switzerland, where I started out as a product designer before transitioning to a UX writer. 

In 2022, UX writers began changing their titles to content designer so I followed suit, and worked at Frontify in St. Gallen, Switzerland for the next two years.
